- Introduction to soft skills.
- Personality development and emotional intelligence.
- Time management and leadership skills.
- Interpersonal relations and public speaking.
- Facing interviews, group discussions, and presentation skills.
Unit III: Writing Skills
- Letter writing – formal and informal.
- CV preparation, email drafting, and message writing.
- Minutes of meetings and report writing.
- Notice and memoranda writing.
- Short speech writing and delivery.
Teaching Note
Adequate practice will be given in class to improve students’ speaking and writing competence through activities, assignments, and presentations.
