- Computer Networks & Internet: WWW, Browsers, Search Engines, Email, Social Networking.
- Computer-Based Information Systems: Significance & Types.
- E-commerce & Digital Marketing: Concepts, Benefits & Challenges.


UNIT II
- Digital India & e-Governance: Initiatives, Infrastructure, Services & Empowerment.
- Digital Financial Tools: UPI, AEPS, USSD, Credit/Debit Cards, e-Wallets, Internet Banking, NEFT/RTGS, IMPS, PoS, Online Bill Payments.
- Cyber Security: Threats, Challenges, Precautions, Safety Measures, Legal & Ethical Issues.
- Emerging Technologies: Cloud Computing, Big Data, IoT, VR, Blockchain & Cryptocurrency, Robotics, Machine Learning, AI, 3D Printing.
- Digital Signatures.
